1. Pleasse download the application form, complete the application form in detail, together with certificate copy, application fee and annual subscription fee(should be calculated in quarterly pro-rata basis) and send to 1/F., 48-50 Johnston Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (Attn: Institute of Print-Media Professionals). The application fee should be paid by crossed cheque.
2. Cheque please made payable to "Institute of Print-Media Professionals limited".
3. If the application is rejected, the whole amount of application fee will be refunded; if the application is accepted, the Membership Committee will inform the applicant through mail.
4. The Institute reserves its right to accept or refuse any application for mrmbership and is not obliged to provide any explanation in any case. All applicants shall observe and respect the final decision og the Membership Committee absolutely
